who are using Sathya Sai Baba to promote Sun City, Bangalore

Dear Friends of Truth,
I have highlighted
in red (See article Below) just a few of the strange bedfellows who are
using the Sathya Sai Baba name to promote the luxury
resort hotel complex called Sun City, Bangalore, India..
Not all will recognize The Carlisle Group, but a simple Google search will
reveal names such as former US President, George Bush Sr., former US Secretary
of State, James Baker, former US Secretary of Defense, Frank Carlucci, former
British Prime Minister, John Majors, Mr. Tony Coehlo, Campaign Director for Mr.
Al Gore and the list goes on and on..
Surely, these pillars of society and some of the most elite names in the world
today have unlimited staff and other resources to make doubly sure their names
are not associated with the accused serial sexual pedophile, Sathya Sai
Baba........or could it be that the commercial interests of their combined
financial empire does not want to offend current Indian Prime Minister, Vajpayee
who has been worshipping Sathya Sai Baba for over 25 years?
Surely, these learned political figures all know that UNESCO had previously
withdrawn support and sponsorship of a major event that was to be held at Sathya
Sai Baba's ashram because of the many sexual abuse allegations against
him?.......And even though he is not named directly, there is no doubt in any
reasonable reader's mind that the US State Department's current travel warning
for Andhra Pradesh, India is specifically talking about sexual abuse
allegations against Sathya Sai Baba.
Could we please have the responsible journalists of the world stand up and ask
the above gentlemen why they are allowing their names to be associated with the
promotion of commercial endeavors that glorify the abode of a widely accused
serial pedophile? And isn't it time for the respected journalists of the world
to start asking serious questions about proper accounting for where all the
money is going that is pouring into India for the various charitable trust
umbrellas established by Sathya Sai Baba and his Organizations?
Is it not time for Prime Minister Vajpayee to clean up his own backyard in India
by stopping the most flagrant of all abuses..........sexual molestation's of
innocent children by imposters who cloak themselves in goodness and who claim to
be God? That would be a worthwhile legacy, Mr. Prime Minister.
Will someone please finally ask Mr. Gore about his relationship with Sathya Sai
Baba Worshipper, Isaac Tigrett?
And could we have the press ask the Secretary of State, Colin Powel to obtain
and release the Chicago FBI report about the multiple sexual abuse complaints
against Sathya Sai Baba to his counterparts in India and elsewhere: and to
request that all travelers to India be given a printed warning Never to leave
their children alone with Sathya Sai Baba?

The way Sun City
is designed is that an investor buys into the resort by owning a luxuriously
appointed, fully furnished cottage or villa, each on a separate plot of land
within a protected and gated property. A range of accommodation is on offer -
single and two bedroom cottages and three and four bedroom villas. The hotel
will lease this from the owner for an agreed portion of the year, maintaining
it free of cost, while the owner reserves the right of occupancy for the
rest of year at no rental cost. The owner can also opt for exclusive use
of the cottage/villa, in which case only maintenance costs will be incurred.
Further, the owner is at liberty to sell out at an appreciated market price at
any time. For the use of their property the hotel will share 35% of the rental
revenues with individual owners. This scheme reduces the cost of the project for
the hotel, making it not only economically viable for the promoters but also
enabling them to give investors a steady return on an investment that will also
appreciate in value. It is specially tailored to foreign residents as it takes
care of security, maintenance and issues of tenancy rights etc, during their
absence.
To facilitate the repatriation of revenues and to distribute the rental revenue
fairly among the owners of the cottages/villas, a maintenance company has been
formed on their behalf. This will enter into an agreement with the hotel
management company. All the owners will contribute towards equity share capital
in the maintenance company in proportion to the value of their holdings. After
deducting nominal infrastructure expenses from the 35% in rental revenues the
maintenance company receives from the hotel, the balance will be distributed as
dividend among the shareholders in the ratio of their holdings. This dividend
income is non-taxable and can be fully repatriated.
When property is sold, the owner shall also sell the shares held in the
maintenance company. The sale proceeds of shares, including profits, can be
repatriated while the proceeds of sales of the cottage/villa can be repatriated
to the extent of the original investment. The return on investment is expected
to be a minimum of 15% per annum on the basis of 40% occupancy.
