This confirms your conversation (which was in response to my
message).

This was to call upon you to desist and cease your
conduct, namely phone conversation and
communications through electronic devises to members
of the Australian Sathya Sai Organisation.

Your role, conduct, of character assassination of Sai Baba
is not the subject of this complaint.

Your request that instead of Court Action, we go
through arbitration (you named a certain person who is
an officer of our organisation to be an arbitrator) is
unacceptable

The forum for offences of a criminal nature is a Court of
Criminal Jurisdiction.

Your request that we forward our letters, care of Post
Master, Palmwoods, Queensland is also unacceptable.
The law requires letters and notices which whould
constitute the foundation of Court Action must be
delivered to the last known place of residence of the
person to whom the complaint is addressed.
